The LIMITLESS programme is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) under Priority 2, Skills
for Growth: SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE 4. It is an educational programme of support for women
in employment aged 18 and over, living or working in Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire,
Caerphilly, and Blaenau Gwent.
The programme offers:-
‘WISH’ (Women’s Integrated Support Hub) offering individually tailored support packages to build confi dence, self-esteem, and self-motivation that ultimately allow women to upskill. Courses available – Agored Cymru accredited Level 2 Safeguarding, Mental Health & Stress, Personal Confi dence, Volunteering & Community Engagement, Environmental Awareness etc.,
‘WEB’ (Women Exploring Business) Programme for women inspired to set up their own business. WEB offers bespoke support, specifically written by Threshold for women only provision, underpinned by Agored Cymru qualifi cations in entrepreneurship.
Qualifi cation : Award and Extended Award in Supporting the Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Sector through Volunteering. A qualification is available at Level 2 (with Level 3 currently in development), designed to provide learners with the underpinning skills to offer safe and effective assistance in carrying out intervention in support situations including domestic abuse and sexual violence.. The Award and Extended Award will be Agored Cymru accredited. This qualifi cation is also available to women living or working in the unitary authority of Torfaen.
