The Live Fear Free Helpline (funded by Welsh Government and run by Welsh Women’s Aid) is a confidential, freephone support and information service open 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for anyone experiencing domestic abuse, sexual violence or any other form of violence against women in Wales.

It also welcomes calls from friends and family, colleagues or practitioners and professionals seeking advice. Calls to 0808 80 numbers are free to call from landlines and mobile phones within the UK and do not appear on itemised bills.

The Helpline provides support in English and in Welsh and access to an interpreter for callers with language support needs.

The Live Fear Free Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide support and guidance about violence against women, domestic abuse, and sexual violence.
