An independent review has been published about violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence services in Wales, commissioned by the Welsh Government concludes that violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence are entrenched, widespread and complex problems whose extent, nature and consequences have only recently begun to be widely recognised.
