Welsh Women’s Aid is launching its biggest campaign to-date to tackle sexual harassment in the workplace, and we want to hear from as many people across Wales as possible.
Our survey aims to gather insight on sexual harassment and how Covid-19 has impacted women’s experiences of this in the workplace. You can access the survey here in Welsh and English.
Anecdotally, we know that because of increased home-working and a shift in regular working practices, sexual harassment at work hasn’t stopped; rather the ways in which people experience sexual harassment has changed. We also know that these experiences can intersect with experiences of racism and other forms of discrimination – making the working environment a threatening space.
We want to find out more about this to ensure our campaign to end sexual harassment and our support of those that experience it is as effective as possible.
