Hours and/or working pattern: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Purpose of the role: This role will lead on delivering play therapy sessions, activity sessions, 1-1 support sessions and facilitating a peer support programme to children and young people who have experienced of been affected by domestic abuse, living within Denbighshire.

Hours and/or working pattern: 37.5 hours
Purpose of the role: To work directly with the Family Centres in Conwy, liaising with the Family Centre Support Teams to provide specialist domestic abuse support to victims in a variety of different settings.
